1st time preparing fried bee hoon was really a mess. Although I'm the top chef in House 16 St George's Grove, this was tough for me. Golden rule : Don't boil your bee hoon b4 frying it. You'll definitely fail, like I did. It turned out 2 be chunks of soggy, short broken bee hoon sticking 2gether like shit. Horrible taste no matter how nice ur ingredient is. I learnt from mistake. Thanx to Kim n my lovely Mum for their advice. I succeeded d 2nd time...I know it doesn't look "beautiful" but it tastes like heaven, trust me. I had a good dinner...
