Still Fantasy?
I fell in love with his music the moment I listened 2 his first ever album. His genuine, extraordinary, simple and catchy songs r made 2 invade every Chinese song lover's heart. His effortless n steady singing style is just too hard 2 be imitated by others, making him a special artist. That was how he stood out from the crowd 2 be d most popular singer in Chinese musical industry until now.
I've never missed any of his album. As a typical pirate in Malaysia, I've never bought any original CD,VCD or DVD or whatever u call them. But I bought his original CD from d 1st till d 6th album. This is d 7th, called Still Fantasy (What?Is that a title?)...Sadly, in this freaking place with expensive GBP, I'm not gonna get an original one this time. I've hardly got enuff 2 spend on myself...So it's time 2 say goodbye. Since I've got wireless broadband now, I decided 2 download them n I did it, all d 10 songs. Cool.
Somehow, I still prefer his older albums. I used 2 waste most of my brain sulci to accommodate all the lyrics of the songs in his albums. U name it, I sing it 2 u. After a while, all the f*cking medical stuff started filling in my brain n evaporated in a few days, n started filling in again like a vicious cycle, leaving my brain no room for anymore songs, not even Jay Chou's songs. With age, the passion for trendy music is lost. This makes me sound so old but in fact, I'm just 23. A lot of wanna-be artists started imitating Jay including Lee Hom, merging traditional Chinese music with modern music n rap. They suck ass anyway.
Another week left for medicine firm. Time flies. So far I haven't got any shit into my brain. However, DOTA with Herbert in Aberdeen n Phang in Queensland was really good. Technology does wonders. Maybe it's time 2 look at a few pages of my books...
